Juan G. Andreu, ESQ.
Founding Partner

Mr. Andreu is the founding member of Andreu, Palma, Lavin & Solis. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology Cum Laude from Florida State University (GO NOLES!) in 1996. Mr. Andreu then attended St. Thomas University School of Law where he was an active member of the Moot Court Board and graduated with his Juris Doctor with Honors in 1999. He has been a member of the Florida Bar for almost 20 years and has represented creditors in all manner of consumer and commercial claims throughout the State of Florida for over 16 years. Prior to his current role as Managing Member of Andreu, Palma, Lavin & Solis, Mr. Andreu was the litigation partner at a personal injury law firm and developed extensive experience in litigating bodily injury and personal injury protection claims throughout South Florida. Mr. Andreu is licensed to practice law in Florida before both the state courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District. He is a member of the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA), the Receivables Management Association (RMA), and the Florida Creditor Bar Association (FLCBA).
Jorge L. Palma, ESQ.
Founding Partner

Andreu, Palma, Lavin & Solis was co-founded by attorney, Jorge L. Palma 16 years ago on the foundation of creditor’s rights. Having represented a wide range of financial institutions, from the largest banks to small debt purchasers, Mr. Palma brings a high level of professionalism to the litigation and asset recovery industry. Mr. Palma earned his undergraduate degree in International Relations from Florida International University in 1999 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School (Go Blue!) in 2002. Mr. Palma is licensed to practice law in Florida before both the state courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District. Mr. Palma is a member of the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA), the Receivables Management Association (RMA), and the Florida Creditor Bar Association (FLCBA).
Desiree Lavin, ESQ.
Managing Partner

Mrs. Lavin earned her undergraduate degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology Cum Laude from Florida State University in 1997. She then attended Stetson Law School in St. Petersburg Florida and graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2001. While attending law school at Stetson, she was a member of the Stetson Law Review. After graduating and passing the Florida bar exam, she worked at an insurance defense law firm for eight years handling complex litigation cases, including but not limited to, nursing home cases as well as wrongful death cases. She became a Senior Associate at that law firm, and in 2008, Ms. Lavin became a partner at this firm which was originally founded by Mr. Palma and Mr. Andreu, and which is dedicated to representing a wide range of financial institutions from the largest banks to small debt purchasers. Ms. Lavin is licensed to practice law in Florida before both the state courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts. Ms. Lavin is a member of the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA), the Receivables Management Association (RMA), and the Florida Creditor Bar Association (FLCBA).
Yulexy Solis, ESQ.
Managing Partner

Mr. Solis earned his first law degree from the University of Havana, School of Law in 2004. Mr. Solis moved to the US in 2005. In 2007, Mr. Solis started working in collection litigation as a clerk and was later promoted to paralegal within Andreu & Palma. In 2009, Mr. Solis started a Master’s Degree program in U.S. and Transnational Law for Foreign Lawyers at the University of Miami, School of Law. In 2011, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from University of Miami, School of Law. After graduating and passing the Florida bar exam, Mr. Solis joined Andreu & Palma again as an associate. In 2015, Mr. Solis became partner at Andreu, Palma, Lavin & Solis, PLLC.
Kristina Moehle, ESQ.
Managing Attorney

Kristina Moehle was born and raised in East Brunswick, NJ. She graduated from Lehigh University in 2012 Cum Laude. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Marketing, and minored in Psychology and German. During her college career, Ms. Moehle was the President of the Lehigh Marketing Club, President and Founder of the German Club, and a member of the Club Tennis team. She also held various board positions in her sorority, Alpha Phi. Ms. Moehle then received her Juris Doctorate in 2015 from New York Law School, where she was a member of the Business and Financial Law Center, and the Italian Law Society. During her law school career and the three years following graduation, she worked in both New Jersey and New York practicing divorce law. She specialized in high net worth divorce cases dealing with heavily contested equitable distribution issues. Ms. Moehle is admitted to practice law in the States of Florida, New Jersey, and New York. She is a member of the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the United States District Court of New Jersey. In her spare time, she is an avid tennis player and enjoys traveling throughout the world.
