When financial disputes escalate into legal matters, clients need an attorney who understands both the complexity of the financial system and the importance of practical, respectful resolution.

Jorge L. Palma, co-founder of Andreu, Palma, Lavin & Solis PLLC, has built his career on that balance. For more than 16 years, he has helped financial institutions, businesses, and consumers navigate the litigation and debt resolution process with clarity, professionalism, and steady guidance.

About Jorge Palma

With a career grounded in creditor’s rights and complex financial litigation, Jorge Palma brings more than a decade and a half of focused experience to the firm he helped establish.

After earning his undergraduate degree in International Relations from Florida International University in 1999, he went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 2002. (“Go Blue!” remains a sincere point of pride.)

Mr. Palma has represented a wide range of financial institutions, spanning from national banking organizations to small debt purchasers, giving him a deep understanding of the industry’s expectations, regulatory environment, and operational challenges.

His ability to work across such varied entities has shaped his reputation for professionalism and precision in litigation and asset recovery.

He is licensed to practice law in Florida before both state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His ongoing involvement in key industry associations reflects his commitment to staying ahead of the evolving legal landscape.

Mr. Palma is a member of the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA), the Receivables Management Association (RMA), and the Florida Creditor Bar Association (FLCBA).

Every matter he handles is rooted in a straightforward principle: each financial problem has a path forward. His work focuses on identifying that path, protecting the interests of institutional clients, and ensuring fair, respectful engagement with consumers and businesses throughout the process.
